final presentation: Oslo Byttering
Oslo byttering was founded by Grønland/gamlebyen frivillighetssentral in 2000, with the goal to create a local network and social activities to strengthen the local environment.
Every member gets their own account in Bytteringen, and registrates their offers or requests that will be added to the registre of all offers and requests from all members. When a member finds an offer interesting, he or she contacts the members who registrated the offer, and they negotiate a price. If there is a trade, the “buyier” makes a transaction from his or her account to the “sellers” account.
The currensy in Oslo Byttering is BYTT. 1 BYTT equals 1 krone, to make it easier for the members to set theprice on ther servies or products. Every member get a start amout from Byttering, 100 BYTT, to help themget started on the trading.
The tax-law gives you access to recieve 1000 kr pr year from one person without having to pay tax. Thecurrensy BYTT follows these laws from the estimated value that 1 BYTT equals 1 krone. This means thatyou can trade up to 1000 BYTT per person per year, where the number of persons is unlimited.
Should the amount of BYTT axceed 1000 BYTT, the rest of the trade has to be payed whit kroner.
